Christine began working in healthcare in 1993, and has been a resident of Saint Augustine since 1994. Although she initially began her career as a pediatric specialist, she discovered that her passion lies in caring for the elderly.
In 1996, Christine earned her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (MPT). She later honed in to her passion, becoming a Board Certified Geriatric Specialist (GCS) as recognized by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties, a Certified Exercise Expert for the Aging Adult (CEEAA) as recognized by the Academy of Geriatric Physical Therapy, and a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) as recognized by the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners. Since 2006, Christine has been working almost exclusively in the homes of seniors throughout Saint Augustine and St. Johns County.
First Coast Senior Care was developed because during Christine’s tenure as a home health physical therapist, she had countless clients whose desire was to remain in their homes, whether they were facing the usual trials of aging or declining health. She has seen first-hand the challenges residents of her community face in finding competent, compassionate, professional companion-care. She understands the variations amongst the elderly, and is qualified to identify and cater to their individual needs. Her goal is to provide personalized care that will exceed expectations.
Christine’s roots in the community and her vast knowledge in regards to the geriatric population are enabling her to assist seniors to age in place, with dignity and grace.

Angie has always had a special connection with older adults. Raised by her grandparents, she developed an early appreciation for seniors and the experiences and perspectives they bring. At First Coast Senior Care, she is able to combine that personal connection with her professional experience to support the organization, its caregivers, and the seniors and families they serve.
She is especially proud to be part of a woman-owned company and to work alongside a team of strong, compassionate professionals who share a genuine commitment to providing exceptional care. Angie values the opportunity to contribute her experience in organization, technology, finance, and management while helping First Coast Senior Care make a meaningful difference in the community.
Originally from Michigan, Angie moved to St. Augustine in 1985 and has called the area home ever since. Her diverse career began in financial services with Barnett Bank, now Bank of America, before she transitioned into information technology. She later joined the St. Johns County School District, where she worked in an administrative capacity until her retirement.
Outside of work, family is an important part of Angie’s life. She is the proud mother of two children: a daughter who is a teacher and mother to Angie’s two grandchildren, and a son who is a Marine veteran who served in Afghanistan and now works as a deputy.
Cynthia Christ-Miller

Cynthia brings a diverse background in senior care, staffing, durable medical equipment, and more than a decade of public service. Her experience working with seniors and their families has given her a strong understanding of the importance of compassionate care, independence, and reliable support at home.
Her experience in the staffing industry includes recruiting, coordinating, and supporting caregivers and employees. Her background in durable medical equipment has also provided valuable insight into the needs of seniors, families, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
Prior to joining First Coast Senior Care, Cynthia spent more than a decade serving constituents through the U.S. House of Representatives, specializing in advocacy, problem-solving, federal agency coordination, and helping individuals navigate complex situations.
Cynthia is passionate about helping seniors maintain their independence and believes families deserve care they can trust. In her role at First Coast Senior Care, she brings compassion, professionalism, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to serving others.
